City of Tshwane municipality

While driving to work at 05:20 I noticed a large fire in some eucalyptus trees in Weavind Park area. I connected the Tshwane control room and spoke to a lady. She took down the address and I explained where it was. Well let just say seven calls later and one and a half hours with various people and directions given . I received a call from a very angry male telling me not to phone the fire brigade for small fires where no one is in danger and that he will bill me for reporting a (what at that time must have been) small fire with no danger to anyone. I told the male thank you and have a nice day and put the phone down. It was a danger to infrastructure but I guess I learned a lesson do not put your nose where it does not belong. Sorry to next person that needs help I would love to help you but no I will not be assisting. It's heart breaking to see and experience what society has become.
