City of tshwane municipality are helping ******* businesses in residential areas.

Its been 3 years of complaining about a ******* car repairing business in a residential area,the business is registered but no application was done at the municipality .on a daily basis,the road are blocked with vehicles, sidewalks are used for business purposes,which is not allowed according to the municipality, sidewalks are filth wurt ******* from their customers,oil spils are happening regularly in the street,no complaints are attended to ,uts a nuisance with load banging grinding,music,its unbearable,now another house in cordelfos street ,just around the corner have been busy blocking street ,test racing vehicles,and taungstreet 3,also started 2 months back spray painting , working on vehicles,load music,this is unbearable.day in and day out.metro police phillip nell park dont respond,they do not do bylaw offences.its not their duty to respond to complaints,they work as they choose.
