Wards ,she is deliberately creating nice wards for certain coloured people,uts unfair and unjust,she is allowing residential areas to become targets,of crime ,property hijackings,even dhe is hijacking buildings making it the municipality buildings,its unfair and ******* , Even allowing metro police to bribe and ****** the public ,she is allowing ******* business in residential areas to overtake ,.she is *******,even the refuge removal thats no credited to customers but where charged
