City of Tshwane Municipality and Masala Ramabulane Holdings

Since 2006 City of Tshwane sent me an account of someone elses property, for 15 years i tried to dispute this. However, they now claim it is not a dispute. Not sure what a dispute is, however, if you get billed with someone elses outstanding property taxes, i would think this constitute a dispute. Now threatened with court action. Masala Ramabulane Holdings, you are also a disgrace for not listening, you are acting on CT behalf, you are horrible
