CITY OF TSHWANE MUNICIPALITY

The City of Tshwane destroyed my perimeter wall in my residential property while excavating on my neighbour's property for water/sewage pipes. I submitted a claim already in February 2024. They are delaying the outcome of this claim. They tell me it's a process and it takes long. How long ?????????
