City of Tshwane Municipal Acc. Charged for 3 years but not connected

My electricity has been disconnected since early 2018 and yet i am still being charged every month for electricity in spite of showing them my meter has never even been used once. Ive been to so many officers back and forth. Tshwane has sent inspectors to my property countess times. They admit the electricity is not connected and meter is not on with promises to write a report!!! I truly think that no one knows what the hell is gli going on there. Im so used to having no electricity and will stay this way until the matter is sorted out. 3 years without electricity and a bill of almost R100000. 00 Pathetic
