City of Tshwane is very sad sight!

If I had an option for no rating, I would choose it. Our home and its surrounding area, has a serious problem of outflow sewage in the township of Atteridgeville, yet the city of tshwane municipality, has for years not paid enough attention to get to the bottom of this after numerous attempts to complain. Yesterday it blocked again after it blocked in the third week of September or so. You log a call, they are on strike but wait on end to get assisted, you follow-up for whole day and get told oh sorry we are only the call center and can only escalate the matter. You call again the 5th time, get told, actually it's late they will come tomorrow. You call today they tell you oh sorry we will escalate it, remember we don't control them. You call again for a follow-up just in case you are forgotten, they tell you oh no! The system is offline we can't even check how far your logged call is. Please call us again later in the day. I am beyond frustrated and upset. More so now with parties troubling us and begging for votes. Cry my beloved Country. If I had a choice, I would leave the City or this part of the City. If the service is so bad during election camapaigning at its peak, what can one expect once it is over? My elderly parents cannot enjoy they home nor freely use ablution facilities because of poor leadership, ailing services, powerstruggles and a higly politicised era all to the detriment of ordinary powerless and poor civilians.
