City of Tshwane is *****ing my money

It has been 18 months since I last had any feedback from COT. I requested a cancellation of an additional dustbin from my account in January 2020! No surprise it still remains unchanged, Each month I try to phone and follow up and then after a few pass around the line gets dropped.

This is not the service delivery that we deserve as South Africans. COT quickly adds a penalty to your account, however, reluctantly does not want to remove double charges from your account. This is no Longer OKAY
