City of Tshwane is letting us down

We have been complaining about the power cut happening in my area Olievenhoutbosch extension 25 for 3 months now and we haven't had any help from our municipality till this day, what is the service so bad? Please if anyone can help us to what we need to do I would really appreciate it.
