City of Tshwane incorrect billing of R11 000

Im residing in Faerie Glen Pretoria and I have received a bill or R11 428 from City of Tshwane for the month of February which im strongly disputing.<br> <br> Were a small family of 3 in a very small compound with no garden, worse we had a broken geyser the whole of December 2014 and January 2015. I dont understand how this came about that I consume so much electricity in one month.<br> <br> I have no overdue amounts as I pay my City of Tshwane account religiously every month per the amount billed.<br> <br> Please note that I have been a victim of this practice by the City of Tshwane before, this time last year (February 2014) I had been billed R59 000.<br> <br> <br>
