City of Tshwane get away with destroying livelihoods of people

I have been without electricity since Wednesday the 28th of August, it's now the 31st of August. Since the 28th I have been told that the technician is on his way. I was told that my matter has been escalated every time I call. Everything in the food is now rotten, guess who will need to go do groceries again. Its me.

Unfortunately people from City of Tshwane do not care, as long as they getting paid it's fine with them. They are untouchable.
