City of Tshwane

After 30 years having the same adress. The system to recoperate an account to pay the correct amount is impossible. Firstly was my mail adress incorrectly spelt and the account number does not exist. There is no payment history or statement history on the system. After 3 hours of struggeling just to access the specific site there are still nothing. I personally phoned adminsolutions to assist me. The message received was that I must pay a fee for their support.
