City of Tshwane electricity repair is NOWHERE!

On Friday our electricity went out. We contacted a friend who is an electrician and he figured out that the breaker in the box i faulty and Tshwane will need to replace it. My husband made phone calls on Saturday and Sunday and each time they just say someone will be there. Its almost 36 hours later and NO ONE has come. I'm over 8 months pregnant with a toddler and NEED electricity. We are at a loss as we have no idea what to do. Have contacted our DA ward Councillor too, who is trying on our behalf. Service at Tshwane is PATHETIC!
