City of Tshwane doesn’t care about anyone

Worst service ever, I have moved in a nee property in April. As a new owner I keep my Municipality services upto date because I learned that if I skip a payment I can’t load Electricity. Now I have a power failure at my house, every month I log a call to say my electricity tripped and I never get assisted same day as I am told to wait for the turnaround time. Worst part, I have to call them again after the 24hrs turnaround time to say I am waiting to be serviced, most painful part is that I get sleep without electricity n use cold water in the morning so I can go to work, n mind you I have to work so I can pay my services. The fact that this has been happening for months now has given me frustrations coz I don’t feel safe anymore living in a property that always has power trips n nobody cares to fix it. The Municipality must just up their socks now coz we are loyal citizens that keeps the services up to date just to receive poor service. As I write this complaint, I am still waiting for someone to tell me they will assist me, I logged a call yesterday around 14:00
