City of Tshwane disgusting service

I reported a leaking meter on the 1st of Feb and was given a ref no: *** and told that TAT is 24hrs. I called again yesterday on the 3rd of Feb and was told that the plumbers will come today, the 4th of Feb. I am sitting 4 days with a leaking meter where water is now getting into my neighbours yards and to date no plumber has been sent to come fix the problem. City of Tshwane and its agents are really appalling and the service or should I say lack.of service is downright disgusting
