CITY OF TSHWANE DE*****ING ME OF MY HARD REFUND

I have had the worst experience with City Of Tshwane services. My attorneys have app**** for a REFUND on my account which is more than R7000. City Of Tshwane is refusing me my refund. They lie every singe day when I go to their offices to find out the progress of this application for REFUND. This is the WORST service I have ever experienced. The CITY of TSHWANE in AKASIA is refusing to give me my money back
