City of Tshwane Centurion Colapsed!!

They cut my water on Friday 22 May by mistake! Now it is Monday evening 25 May still no water! Our Street lights have been of since the beginning of March this year. Just cannot get any answers from them. The reference numbers they give you are totally useless! You get a new one every week.
