Staff of the building inspectors, not doing bylaw enforcement in ward 3, also ******* power and water connections are not stopped,and bylaw enforcement are not done in this residential area of ******* businesses from residential houses.******* use of sidewalks for daily businesses,selling all kind of stuff,all includes car repair shops,car washes,food sellers,shebeens,drug sales,******* metro police office .
