The contact centre and their electricians are unprofessional and not considerate of us as citizen. A ticket was assigned to the technician and/or electrician at 08:40 and still now no one has come to assist us and we pay their rates on time. City of Tshwane are ****s and disrespect us. They don't care about our needs. **** them.
