City of Tshwane and Councillor of ward 98

I called COT on the 7th of January at 13h47 to report a street light that has long not been working, was given a reference number and told that it should be fixed by the 15th of Jan. Nothing happened, I followed up on the 17th, 21st and forwarded an email to add further to the streetlight, the potholes, long uncut bushes, street lights and only got one response from Pieter ****s who responded positively and I am glad the long bushes are cut. Street lights and Potholes still no response after 7 emails of which the last one was on the 30.01.2019, let me not forget to mention that in the email the councillor was copied and a whatsApp was also forwarded to Marnette Sutherland, up until today. Mails are read but no response except for Mr ****s. Our councillor reads the emails but does not even bother to respond. This is frustrating as we experience a lot of break ins. COT and Ward 98 Councillors, shame, unbelievable service we experience.
