City of Tshwane

City of Tshwane served an old pensioner with a amount of R 51 000 already in August 2018. The amount was for back adjustment rates on since 2012. All the calls and emails to call centres fell on deaf ears. In the mean time city of Tshwane reduced the water twice. At the moment there is but a trickle.
