Cit of Tshwane Municipality absolutely useless in providing services specificallt with respectto their accounts for customers

I received my latest account and it states a ACTUAL water meter reading of 4,330KL on 19 Sept 2022. However I took Actual Readings of my own on 24 Sept 2022 of 4,323KL and again on 28 Sept 2022 of 4,328KL.

This is a ********** statement of false readings as it specifically states ACTUAL and not ESTIMATED
