Change of owner

I sold my house in Pretoria in Jan 2014, the transfer went through in March 2014. I am still receiving accounts from Tshwane for rates on this property, now over R10,000. Many calls and mails and even provided copies of documents submitted by the transfer attorneys (stamped by Tshwane). They just tell me to come fill some forms in - even though I now live far from Gauteng.
