Centurion municipality -***

On the 24/6/20 i went to Centurion municipality to sort out my account with them! I paid every cent i owe them, I have receipts to confirm that, on sunday we had no electricity slept in the dark, the gates and all not working! Can you imagine in this winter? on the monday the 29th june i wanted to buy electricity all the points of sale said to me meter number blocked i drove to centurion and stayed there fir 4 hrs being shoved from pillar to post! Eventually they sorted it out! I bought electricity at their offices to confirm it is working! It was on! Today its wednesday my meter number is again is known! Honestly! can someone tell me why are being treated this way! By other people! I dont owe the council anything, but now how do we go on with Our own lives when people are doing this to us! Honestly can someone please help me
