Cashiers at the City of Tshwane Soshanguve Branch

I just wish to make the public aware of what's happening at the City of Tshwane branch in Soshanguve. The cashiers are robbing the elderly people off their money. When an elderly person goes there to pay their bills, they take 80% of the money for themselves and only record 20% in the of an elderly's account.
