Can't even fix a statement 'problem' within 2 months, how can you run Tshwane?

I have been trying for 2 months non stop to get my account statement for December. This gets blamed on a system problem but how long can this take to get a system fixed?

Every week that i call or email i am told they are escalating it. How can you run Tshwane if you cant even get a simple statement for one person and one months fixed in 2 months???
