Cannot update accounts but wants to run a country

The City of Tshwane is the most *********** organisation on this planet. The thrive on customer abuse with no repercussions at all. The are above the law and even further, they think they are gods. They cannot allocate payments because they are to stupid, and then have the arrogance to disconnect your electricity without even giving you notice, and boy, try to get it reconnected again. You will still have to pay the reconnection fee, even if it is their mistake, totally fruadulant behaviour, but getting cross about it gets you even more in trouble because then they simply do not reconnect you. The best is to go off grid, all of us so that they can find somewhere else to try and ***** money.
