Call centre useless! Just costing us more money!

Has anyone tried to make a call to the Tshwane call centre recently? DON'T! You are wasting your time, sanity and money/airtime. I held on for 25 minutes, twice, just to be cut off by someone picking up the call, and hanging up without a word. I could hear the background noise ID10T, so it is NOT the phone system cutting me off.
