Call centre leaves you in the dark

<p>We have been without electricity for close to 3 days now due to the circuit breaker on the street light tripping . We have contacted them numerous times and each time the call centre tells you it has been resolved but still we are in the dark. My wife is almost 8 months pregnant and this is really making it tougher for her to cope. I really do not know what to do anymore. Utterly useless service from city of tshwane. </p>
