Call Center !!! Utterly Useless / Non-existend

<p>Been trying to get through for DAYS!! 20-30 min at a time and then it just cuts you off. Sometimes I can hear the person on the other side. The ONLY way to get things done is to go and plant your A$$ on a chair there at Pretorius Street or Akasia. Their e-Tshwane Portal is the only light at the end of the tunnel.</p> <p> </p> <p>A half decently written piece of code can replace the whole bunch of them. Given the unemployment situation in SA, this really scares me. It does not bode well for the future...</p>
