The city if tshwane bylaw enfircement department,refuses to assist in complaints ******* businesses from residential area in ward 3 ,these business has not app**** to the city if tshwane,fir changing the residential area,into a businesses area,which creates an harassing environment for residents,these ******* businesses creates more crime in the area.blocking the street,overtaking the sidewalks,racing ,reffing,car spray painting,drinking,substance abuse,load music ,this is not allowed.workibg in the street and in sidewalks.even ******* changing if building structures,******* building,no applications .
