The city of tshwane municipality , is taking too long with complaints , applications fixing problems , why are the relevant departments not doing their work, complaint about ******* businesses in a residential area creating a noise nuisance disturbance, every day , from 5 to 12 at night including weekends ,blocking the street racing up and down the street , screaming and shouting , working on vehicles in the street.this is unfair in a residential area, streetlights has not been working since this bussiness started 13 months ago.
