Blocked sewage

I have reported a blocked sewage last week Friday and was given a reference number 882691 and the plumbers came to unblock it however over night it was blocked. I then called on Monday and was given another reference number 883873 and till today after making follow ups twice a day my problem is not yet solved. The only answer I got from every consultant was that they are escalating my query. Do this guys care about our health? My yard is damaged due to waste water and the smell is unbearable. I have been patient with them and my patience is taken for granted.
