Blocked Manhole

I have called the City of Tswane on 24 July to report a blocked manhole ***. I first got a private contractor out to check my sewage system, i was told that the manhole is blocked and that this was the municipality's responsibility to fix. The raw sewage was already all over my back yard and it is a big health risk.<br> <br> They took more that a week to sent a contractor out to attend to the blocked manhole, they rocked up at my residence after 19h00 and then informed me that there is a problem and my neighbors manholes are also blocked. They said that they will return the next morning to fix everything as it is a health risk. Still today they have not returned to fix the sewage problem, we can't use the toilets or bath because then all the used waste water overflow and all in my backyard. I try to call them again but then there is no answer you will be put on hold for more that 45 minutes and still no one answers the call!! It is almost 3 weeks later and still no one came to fix the blocked manhole, this is a big health risk to my family and neighbors. <br> <br>
