Blocked main drain

I reported a blocked drain since last Friday and til today I have not received any help whatsoever. The situation is so bad that the drain breather is spewing out ****, wipes, tissues, panty liners, pads and a whole lot of s***. Let me not begin to talk about the smell. My whole pave is soaked with sewage waste. When you call you are told that the service delivery is strike. Even the plumbers I called and paid said the case isn’t theirs anymore. At this point the frustration and stress is too much.
