Blocked drain reported no response going on day 3

A call was logged with the customer care ********** 111 and Ref nr 886679 (address 368 Crawford Ave Eersterus )received on 29.11.2017. Apperantly it takes 1 working day for blocked drains to be fixed but in this instances not. After being informed this morning 30.11.2017 that a truck went out to fix all blocked drains in the Eersterust Pretoria area I was informed at 16:06 that there is no trucks available to go out today and will only go out tomorrow morning. So for 2days going on 3 my Mother's kitchen door is blocked with whatever comes out of an drain not to mention the smell. Clearly there's no sense of urgency when it comes to Municipalities and yet we pay for such services. This was also escalated to the DA representative of Eersterus in Pretoria Benjamin Lawrence ********** but no feedback was recieved.
