Blocked drain

Our drain system is blocked since 28 August Sunday and we called them on 30 August Tuesday to report the matter, until today 01 September thursday there is no one who came to attend our problem, we are stuck with an overflowing drain and smell, City of tshwane municipality service is very bad.
