Today seemed like just another normal Monday, it's our weekly refuse removal day. Hoping yet again to receive our Tshwane refuse bin, which we've ordered over six months ago. <br> <br> Our only option at the moment is to place our refuse bags on the sidewalk since we pay a monthly refuse removal fee to the Tshwane municipality. It's been a working alternative for the last six months, until last week and today. Last week several bags were left outside, and driven over. Today I was greeted by a shouting man calling out \Pappy""; it was only the refuse removing guy asking for money to remove our garbage. I informed him that we actually pay a monthly fee for the service of removing our refuse. He kept going on how he would like some money; to which I retreated to my home. When I turned around to look back; I saw the refuse removing man waving back and several bags was left once again.<br> <br> Firstly; I pay a monthly fee for the refuse removing service. Secondly;I pay an annual fee for cost of a refuse bin that needs to be supp**** by Tshwane. Please educate your employees and stop this idiocracy!"""
