Bad service no help people on holiday leave and no one fixes power

Our power went off on Sunday night around 8pm we haven't had any power for 4days we don't have water in our tanks because we don't have power! Everything in our fridge/freezer is rotten. It's said that staff is on holiday leave not enough staff to complete the power problem?
