Bad service for fixing the faulty electricity meter box

My electricity meter box is faulty and could not load the units ,I contacted them at about 17:55 , I contacted them again arround 20:00 to be told that the complain has not been given to anyone yet I must wait , at arround 21:00 I called and told they knocked off at 20:00. Now its sunday 09:00, still no response and no electricity in the house.
