Bad service

Really shocked with the service. Firstly no joy to report electricity fault, secondly no one answers the phone, no correct information via WhatsApp, thirdly no service at the municipality at Akasia itself. It is 9h42 and no assistance. Here are 12 counters and only 2 people working. How is that possible. So many people without jobs, and yet here are no services 😕
