Bad service delivery

Our lights switched off on wednesday 18:00 and the problem is with the danger box,we reported this and all we get is that the technician is coming since friday we hv been waiting for that technician.all our food is spoiled in the refrigirator,our kids can't eat.this is really a bad service. My ref is 242/3.
