Bad service City of Thswane

We had a power outage for 4 days during the Christmas weekend in 2018 in the Eastlynne PTA and both me and my tenant (Hollaway) lost quite an amount due to rotten food. I HM Hitge accnr *** submitted 2 claims for both myself and Hollaway in Jan 2019 and since then struggle to receive any feedback even that the claim will be paid out. We had an inspector came to see us to make sure that we had a fridge in both the home and flat involved. How is it that we are nearly 9 months later and they do even try to give us feedback nor try to solve this claim. The only thing I hear when I do receive something is that they are still busy - really 9 months TERRIBLE SERVICE, the people involved from this office is Mbasopeni Ndlovu (Walter), Stokkie Khalo, Lesiba Molekoa and Winny Maluleke. PLEASE HELP as close to R4000 in christmas food was lost and I had to use my credit card to replace everything and my tenant around R3000 THANK YOU!!!
