Bad service by the City of Tshwane

The CoT electrical section is providing a bad service to its paying customers, they have hired *********** service provider who don't even hire professional technicians to do work, I have been out of electricity from the early hours of Sunday, reported the matter immediately with the call centre, since Sunday, even today Monday at 19H00 pm no technician showed up to look at matter, this fault was caused by their implementation of loadshedding, I am now taking legal action against the City for damages suffered during the 18hours black out
