Bad service at Tshwane

<p>15/07/2016 we logged a call with Tshwane helpdesk regarding water meter outside our house, for them to come repair as the pipe has burst and making a mess, we had to close the meter as nothing was coming in the house that left us with no water. Saturday ,Sunday we still waiting for people from Tshwane to come fix the pipe(wasting our airtime calling these people) Today its Monday late after 17:00 they still haven't showed up and probably won't. </p>
