Bad service at City of Tshwane Library Akasia.

I was at the City of Tshwane Library at Akasia on 19 June 2025 at 10am. I wanted to use the study hall where discussions are held. The security personnel instructed me to go to the reception to book, however the two ladies at reception refused and they said that the discussion hall is not used for attending online sessions.

They didn't even ask me as to how it was going to be coordinated because I was going to use my headsets and only speak for less than five minutes when I had to present my case. I was shocked as to why they wouldn't allow me, since there was no one in that study hall between 10am and 12pm.

The service I received was not good at all.
