Bad Service

We had a water leakage outside our complex in Oct 14. The leakage was fixed on 30 Oct 14, but the hole where they have worked was left open. Unacceptable, because people and children walk and play in the street next to the hole. According to the customer care agents the hole would have been closed after 6 weeks...City of Tshwane have to wait for six week to see if the water leakage does not appear again. Now, almost 14 weeks after the leakage was fixed, the hole is still open. I phone almost every day to follow up...the customer care agents just tell me they will escalate it...after all their promises nothing is done about the problem.
