Bad service

I was told my POP has been cancelled by a social worker because no1 was home then I’m told someone was in the house then didn’t open then I’m told there’s an air force person who attended to them, so my POP has been cancelled due to such even though I had an emergency and was not home for that day and I’m told I’ll never qualify for POP.

So now where does it say that and who made that rule and decision and when I ask which social worker is responsible none of them want to own up.

So what kind of service is that where people make up their own rules along the way cos they feel like it so what must 1 do right now? And then they wonder why there’s ******* connections though cos of such.
