BAD PHONE SERVICE

2015/03/06-i have been calling the eye department,for an hour i tried to get hold of someone just to ask a few questions so that my little sister can go for her eye tests,but it seems to me that they dont want to help pasients so they just let the phone keep on ringing hoping that the person will eventually get tired of waiting for someone to pick up looks to me like they are being paid to sit on their asses holeday and do nothing but to talk **** all day.Thank you 1 Mil for this great service,never in my life will i ever prefer someone to you id rather day before i let you help me.time to close your doors 1 mil you are of no use anymore for the public
