Bad customer service

I would like to register my complain about the poor service I have received from the Tshwane Municipality. I reported a water pipe burst on the 29th of March 2015, outside my house at PTA North, up today the 14th of April 2015 the problem has not been resolved. <br> <br> I went to the municipal offices several times and even spoke to two supervisors who promised to take the matter and ensure that it gets resolved but that did not happen. I am not sure if this is a kind of service we should expect from the municipality, but I must say I have spoken to different people who just did not care about helping me solve the problem I reported. <br> <br> I still need help, if there is anyone from the municipality who can assist please contact me, I have three reference numbers now for reporting this matter.<br>
